Zoning: Limited Business - The Limited Business (LB) District is established and intended to accommodate principally small-scale office development suited to professional, general administrative, and general sales office uses, plus limited small-scale retail and service uses (e.g., small restaurants, banks, small business services establishments, dry-cleaning drop-off establishments, and bookshops), institutional uses (e.g., libraries, places of worship, day care facilities, and schools), and medium density residential uses of various types. The LB District accommodates stand-alone business development as well as serves as transitional zoning between more intensive commercial development and low- and medium-density residential neighborhoods.
